Working for 2 fabulous Directors, your duties will consist of:

+ Agenda preparation
+ Minute taking and minute production
+ Diary management
+ Preparation of reports
+ Arranging of internal/external meetings
+ Arranging travel and accommodation
+ Daily management of general office duties and project work/information gathering

The post holder will be required to liaise with staff at all levels, both internally and externally of the Trust and work effectively as part of a team.

This is a busy role and the post holder requires a flexible approach to work and working hours, be able to use their own initiative and work effectively with other Team Members.

Candidates must have a solid work history of a minimum of 3 years.

We are looking for reliable individuals who are available immediately and are hard-working and committed. Dependant on the role, you should have strong, recent and relevant skills and excellent communication skills as you may be dealing with patients and consultants.
