PA/Administrator - NHS

Temporary starting ASAP - 4-6 weeks+

Birmingham - B11

Paying £11.47 per hour - Band 4

Hours: Monday - Thursday 09.00 - 5.00pm - 30 hours a week

Are you an experienced PA with administration experience, ideally gained within the NHS?
Are you available to start work immediately and able to commit to the duration of the assignment?
Are you a competent user of ESR and RiO?

As PA/Administrator, you will be:

*Supporting the service lead and co-ordinators in all aspects of administration duties and act as PA.
*Working from your own initiative to create information, documents and data sets using ESR and RiO
*Answering calls, and dealing with difficult calls
*Managing diaries and booking clinical contacts as required
*Supporting up and coming events such as booking training or away days
*Competent and confident on Word, and previous knowledge and experience in systems such as ESR and RiO

You will have:

*Excellent administration skills and experience
*Possess an excellent telephone manner and be competent to hit the ground running
*Previous experience of ESR and RiO - this will be clearly demonstrated on your CV

Plum Personnel Ltd will pay the associated costs for your Occupational Screening and the Mandatory Training (essential) - this will be at a reduced fee of £30 which will be deducted from your pay over the first 3-weeks or on completion of your assignment (whichever comes first).
