We're seeking an experienced, organised and enthusiastic PA.

You'll be joining an ambitious and growing company based in fabulous well-located offices on Birmingham Business Park. You will be assisting two Directors who have different requirements and levels of support.

Your duties will include -

* Managing the electronic diary
* Providing support for meetings
* Preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, meeting papers, noting action points and following them up
* Making travel and accommodation arrangements, plus processing claims for expenses

You will of course have excellent knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software.
