We're seeking an ambitious Operations Manager within Financial Services.

You will be leading and developing three teams, totalling approximately 20 staff in the delivery of world class Customer Service and service and administration of Financial Agreements for multi-million £'s of assets.

First and foremost you will be a strong and influential "People Leader" It's a really positive culture with great engagement from the teams and we are seeking a "hands on" Manager who can lead from the front and develop the teams within a results orientated culture.

You'll also be proud of your achievements and experience of identifying and implementing process improvements with a proactive, can do attitude

We're looking for a total professional with proven experience of strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others in order to reach organisational goals. Preferably your experience will have been within a financial services organisation (our client provides huge loans for the purchase and lease of assets worth several hundreds of thousands of pounds).
