Grade: Band 4 (£11.47 per hour)

Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 (37.5 hours per week)

Birmingham - B7

Start date: ASAP

Finish date: End of March - likely to be extended

You will be an experienced Secretary, working within the Governance Team to assist with the accurate administration of papers to a very high standard.

This role would suit someone who is used to working within a high pressured role and must be experienced in extensive minute taking skills at board level or equivalent - THIS IS AN ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT FOR THE ROLE

*Assisting the Board/Sub committees
*Attending Board sub committees to take high level accurate minutes, ensuring standard turnaround times for draft minutes is achieved
*Ensuring all actions arising from meetings to be chased and accurately recorded along with all required papers associated with meetings
*Delivering on all aspects of administration related to the Board Secretariat - preparing minutes and agendas and action sheets.
*Scheduling room bookings, making arrangement for committees including hospitality and refreshments

Plum Personnel Ltd will pay the associated costs for your Occupational Screening and the Mandatory Training (essential) - this will be at a reduced fee of £30 which will be deducted from your pay over the first 3-weeks or on completion of your assignment (whichever comes first).
