We're seeking a commercially savvy, professional, experienced and ambitious Marketing/Business Development Manager for a friendly, family owned country hotel located in an idyllic rural location between Redditch and Solihull which caters primarily for events, wedding and conferences.

No doubt you'll have a proven background and capability and seeking a new challenge.

The main purpose of the role is to take responsibility for maximising the revenue achievement within the hotel.

It's a varied role from putting together a Sales and Marketing plan and play a pro-active role in the development of the hotel's business plan. Your role will range from ensuring competitive pricing to assisting with food costings to digital marketing activities and much more!

You will be responsible for developing new business for the hotel, acting as a sales ambassador and have a genuine passion for contributing to the growth ambitions.

You'll be someone who will inspire others so it is essential that you are naturally confident, highly driven and have a focussed and ambitious nature.
