As a Legal Secretary you will be the first point of contact within the Conveyancing team for their central office. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave and will be supporting an established conveyancer.

A key role within this local, established law firm, you will be ensuring that all the necessary deadlines are met, so it is essential you will have -

- experience as a Legal Secretary in a similar role
- a professional and polite manner to handle all incoming enquiries
- confident to be the key support to a busy conveyancer
- the ability to prioritise and track tasks to strict deadlines

If you have previously worked as Legal Secretary and have experience of providing support to a Conveyancer, dealing with the online portals and associated paperwork , an approachable manner and strong attention to detail when completing tasks- we would welcome the chance to discuss your interest in this lovely opportunity.
