As a Legal Secretary you will be joining the city office of this expanding, well-respected Law firm. The one role will be supporting the Real Estate-Commercial conveyancing team. The other post is to support a Construction team within a larger, professional legal company who have gone through lots of changes.

In either post, you will play a key role in the business, you will be the back-bone within this busy department, ensuring all the necessary deadlines are met, so it is essential you will have -

- experience as a Legal Secretary in a similar role
- a professional and polite manner to handle all incoming enquiries
- confidence to act on instructions from a Solicitor
- carry out audio typing and process on-line Land Registry applications and SDLT forms
- the ability to prioritise and track tasks to strict deadlines

Big Hand and TIKIT Case Management would be very beneficial.

Experience as a Commercial Conveyancing / Construction Legal Secretary and providing support to a Commercial Property Solicitor? You will have working knowledge of the online portals and associated paperwork, an approachable manner and strong attention to detail when completing tasks- we would welcome the chance to discuss your interest in this lovely opportunity.
