We're seeking a competent, confident and experienced IT Help Desk Technician. On a day to day basis you will be involved in a multitude of duties which will include ...

*Configurating and activating new user accounts on Total Mobile portal
*Linking of new accounts to RiO user accounts
*Assisting users unable to log into Total Mobile - password resets
*Dealing with the initial investigation of Total Mobile app related issues such as non-synchronisation of visits
*Assisting with the initial triage of reported connectivity issues with escalation to IT Help Desk if required
*Escalating issues to Total Mobile Service Desk
*Creating and maintaining knowledge base document / FAQs for users
*Support for testing - account creation, appointment creation in test environments
VOIP includng maintaining all VoIP operational documentation when changes are made
*Configuring the Cisco Call Manager to make changes to directory numbers, devices, call flow etc either as part of small-scale project work or problem resolution
*Liaising with staff to identify, advise and resolve problems and process new configuration requests
*Escalating issues and liaise with third party suppliers to assist with problem resolution

The role will cover various Trust sites in Birmingham and the surrounding areas so you may be required to travel to other sites to assist with problem resolution

Plum Personnel Ltd will pay the associated costs for your Occupational Screening and the Mandatory Training (essential) - this will be at a reduced fee of £30 which will be deducted from your pay over the first 3-weeks or on completion of your assignment (whichever comes first).
