No doubt you will have worked in a IT helpdesk support role before and are eager to further develop your career in general I.T support. This will include installing and configuring hardware and applications. You will either be talking people through problems via the telephone or face to face at the various sites to resolve issues. You will be setting up new users and supporting the roll-outs of new applications.

It's a busy role therefore you will need to manage and prioritise your workload and of course you will be speaking to people at all levels - in easily understandable terms!

We're seeking a well organised and motivated IT Support Assistant - with an outgoing and approachable personality who can communicate effectively with colleagues and Clients. You'll regard yourself as a team player and you will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft packages as well as SAGE. Knowledge of a package called Union Square would be a distinct advantage but not essential

You'll be flexible in your approach you will have a positive attitude to performing individual tasks and work from your own initiative. This will range from staff using IT for admin work to highly qualified and experienced technical staff.

In a nutshell you will provide excellent first-line support to 200+ networked clients using a mixture of Microsoft, SAGE and Union Square which is a project based Accountancy package across the client's offices based over 11-sites.
