Our client is a very established, key player within the manufacturing sector. Joining a small team as an IT Helpdesk Administrator, you will be involved in administrative and technical support across the whole group. It's a lovely new opportunity to join a busy, productive company who set their standards high.

The IT Helpdesk Administrator will be a pivotal role within the company to ensure the IT wheels keep rolling. It is an essential requirement that you have high attention to detail, be able to follow procedures and possess a high level of competency in IT platforms and systems as you will be heavily involved in -

* Providing local and remote support to the group
* Desktop administration - to include upgrades/ roll outs and installs
* Server administration - setting up and updating users and email/web content servers
* Maintaining internal department records

As an IT Helpdesk Administrator you will thrive on providing an efficient and supportive service to the group. It goes without saying that you are logical at heart with a strong understanding of IT platforms and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role offers the opportunity to put your current knowledge to good use and the ability to develop your skill set so a passion for all things IT is a must!

Please note that this role covers UK and Europe so there may be a rare occasion that you would be required to travel to support a European office so a valid UK/EU passport is required, along with a current driving licence and access to a car.
