TYSELEY, SOUTH BIRMINGHAM B11

£20000 - £24000 + UP TO 7% BONUS + PARKING

37.5 hours per week Tuesday - Saturday + very occasional on call

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Help Desk Team player to join a friendly team in a manufacturing and distribution organisation based in modern and well-located offices.

You'll be working in a diverse role (no 2 days are the same) undertaking a wide variety of tasks which will include -

- supporting and developing PC LAN based networks
- Windows (Server and Workstation)
- Active Directory
- 2nd and 3rd line technical support

You'll have the balance between customer service and IT knowledge and passion. You'll be able to sort out problems looking at the root cause and show your 'customers' you understand their needs.

Working in a busy environment - you will be able to prioritise in relation to business needs and be keen to look for improvements.

No doubt your CV will show your experience in setting up, installing and maintaining all PC/Server hardware and software components.

If you have experience of monitoring of AS400, telephone and network systems using operating systems utilities - that will be a distinct advantage!
