We are recruiting an interim Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist for a global healthcare company based near to Solihull, to offer a high quality and proactive talent acquisition delivery to the business. Working in partnership with Human Resources, you will support and manage the recruitment activities for the company.
The role will involve:
Consulting closely with the Hiring Managers to understand the skill requirements and developing a comprehensive recruitment strategy whilst managing expectations.
Utilising Social, Digital and Mobile media in sourcing, screening and managing the candidates throughout the process as well as managing the relationships with recruitment agencies and developing a referral policy.
This is a busy and fast paced role, supporting the companies' people strategy; with consistently high level of roles over several sites. We need someone who is forward thinking and proactive, an experienced and professional Recruiter with experience ideally gained in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sector who can hit the ground running. There are three Talent Acquisition Specialists within the business, however we need a self-starter who can work quite independently.
