Shift pattern 37.5 hours per week between 7 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday

*Proven experience in a telephone based customer service role?
*Excellent communications skills and able to build relationships?
*Able to identify sales opportunities and demonstrate fabulous negotiation skills?

We're seeking a talented individual to join our friendly team in a busy environment.

You'll now doubt be used to working to targets, ideally gained from working within a call centre environment and you will now be looking to develop your career in a well-established and respected organisation.

If you've experience of working in pubs, clubs, hotel or other areas of the hospitality sector in a customer focused or sales based role this would be a distinct advantage.

Working in bright, modern and well-located offices on a day-to-day basis you will be:-

*managing your own client account base
*developing customer relationships
*promoting promotional lines and offers
*identifying opportunities for up-selling and maximising sales

*proven sales and/or account management experience
*working in a targeted sales environment to KPI standards
