Position: Customer Service (Sales & Service)
Location: Shirley, Solihull
We are seeking an individual who is sales biased and has currently worked in a sales/hospitality or call centre environment before.
Do you have an outgoing personality and find it easier to build a rapport with customers and colleagues?
*Making 40-50 outbound calls per day to gain orders
*Building strong relationships to discuss new products and offers that are currently available
*Ability to upsell and present the customer with the best deals available
*You will also deal with all online orders and guide customers to this for their ease

The successful individual should possess strong negotiating and sales skills, accurate data entry experience, ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
Salary: £18,500 (OTE £22,700) - monthly and quarterly bonus available.

Hours: Opening hours are 7 days a week between 7am and 8pm. Working on a rota basis weekends are currently 1 in 4.
