We're seeking an experienced and seasoned telephone based professional to join a global organisation in one of their satellite offices as an Internal Account Co-ordinator.

On a day-to-day basis you'll be providing internal support for the sales team, liaising with external customers, building relationship and being the first point of contact for queries. You'll be reporting revenue and sales performance figures to the Commercial Managers (so we're also looking for intermediate Excel skills) and ensuring that customers have a fabulous experience when transferred from the new business sales team.

You will have 3 key areas of responsibility

- retaining customers
- contributing to revenue target through first class service
- helping to improve the customer experience
