INFORMATION CONTROLLER / MANAGER / DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

You will be joining at an exciting time - and be pivotal in the management of information.

You will be responsible for large quantities of commercially confidential data from a wide variety of sources. You will lead on the harvesting, management and dissemination of data, principally through industry standard e-platforms.

The organisation operates as the project owner and also as a project partner across a range of activities that make up the overall programme.

In a nutshell you will have responsibility for the management of all information held by the organisation and moving forward you will establish and/or manage and populate the following on the existing Document Management Systems:

* Hard and soft filing system
* Virtual and physical programme data rooms and sharing platforms
* Drawing library
* Publications library
* Contract library
* Document version control system ... and more!

You will be responsible for Freedom of Information and GDPR compliance and be key in supporting the development of their 'Information Strategy' and Information Management change programme as they move towards a BIM Level 2 compliant Client organisation

No doubt you will have worked with software such as Project Wise, 4 Projects, A-Conex and gained your experience in Civils, Property Developers, Rail, General Construction or working in a Local Authority.
