ICT Support Officer - NHS

Birmingham

£11.47 per hour - BAND 4

Temporary until February 2019

Monday - Friday 08.30 - 4.30pm

Available immediately, you will be an experienced ICT Support Officer with previous experience of using remote tools such as VNC and RDP. It is an essential requirement of the role that you will be experienced in MS office 2010, Windows 7, Active Directory.

As ICT Support Officer, you will be:

*Providing telephone support and advice to IT users to resolve queries
*Assisting with system support to include databases and web-based systems
*Logging and providing updates of reported faults to the central IT helpdesk system
*Provide an onsite support to resolve faults when required
*Assisting with the creation of user accounts along with maintaining up to date and comprehensive procedure notes for all functions
*Providing advice and quotations to Clients for IT hardware, software and upgrades

You will have:

*Experience in working towards SLA's
*An understanding and experience of MS Office 2010, Windows and Active Directory.
*The ability to assist with the Trust's IT infrastructure including the installation of computer equipment
