Temporary - 12 months starting February
Paying £24.53 p/hr - BAND 8A
Telford - TF1 5TF
Working Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.00pm

We are seeking an experienced HR/Workforce Business Partner to provide a strategic professional HR Support across the whole remit of people management issues, advising, influencing, supporting and challenging managers and senior leaders.

Taking an active role in the business planning process, financial monitoring, change management and cost improvement programmes, you will be experienced in analysing information to determine the most appropriate workforce advice to achieve business plans and objectives.

*Supporting improvements in the performance of the Trust by working with senior leaders, supporting colleagues to execute the business strategies
*Ensuring managers have appropriate access to all relevant workforce information systems in order to manage their people resources
*Analysing, identifying trends on workforce people performance information
*Working closely with colleagues regarding change management processes and offering bespoke advice and support with deployment and TUPE procedures and complex employment cases
*Assisting with the delivery of a robust workforce plan for various business areas whilst demonstrating an understanding of the relevant business areas in both internal and external environments
*Working with the Workforce Leadership Team, and other stakeholders to develop a robust workforce, leadership and development strategies/talent management
You will be an experienced HR/Workforce Business Partner, ideally gained within the NHS.

An expert in your field you will be able to maintain consistently high personal and professional standards and act in accordance with the relevant professional code of conduct, whilst actively participating in the Trusts appraisal process identifying performance standards for the post.

Plum Personnel Ltd will pay the associated costs for your Occupational Screening and the Mandatory Training (essential) - this will be at a reduced fee of £30 which will be deducted from your pay over the first 3-weeks or on completion of your assignment (whichever comes first).
