HR Advisor - NHS

Temporary for 10- 12 weeks

Sandwell - B71

Paying £17.99 per hour

Part time - Tuesday & Thursday 09.00 - 5.00pm
Wednesday 09.00 - 12.30 approximately

Having previously worked within the Employee Relations department in the NHS, you will be experienced in undertaking casework investigations in a range of complex employment matters.

As HR Advisor you will be:

*Investigating employment matters including, disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment for high/medium risk cases in a formal procedure - this will cover a wide range of staff groups including both medical and non-medical staff
*Providing HR advice to managers conducting formal investigations into low risk employee relation cases
*Ensuring the provision of advice to all managers within the Trust regarding all aspects of employment policies and procedures for all categories of staff as well as associated employment issues.
*Supporting the Employee Relations Casework Team Manage on meeting the Trust's key performance Indicators for cases in formal proceedings.

This role is based in Sandwell, however, you will be required to work cross site as and when required.
