9am - 6pm (40 hrs) 3 days / week

- Qualified to CIPD level 3 or equivalent?
- Strong Interpersonal skills and relationship management?

We're seeking an experienced, organised and enthusiastic HR Administrator.

You'll be joining an ambitious and growing company based in fabulous well-located offices on Birmingham Business Park. You will be assisting the Operations Manager in respect of recruitment, payroll, sickness and HR records.

Your duties will include -

* Advertising roles and ensuring all documentation is approved
* Screening all CV's prior to submitting them to the departmental heads
* Take ownership of all new starters and making sure references are obtained prior to the start date
* Ensure the HR database is updated and accurate

You will of course have excellent communication skills and understand the need for confidentiality
