We are seeking a dynamic, driven and experienced HR Administrator, for a very successful and highly regarded Care Home, who employ around 90 people. They are going through a great period of growth and transition and are looking for an organised HR Administrator.

You will be responsible for all of the typical HR duties, including recruitment, induction and ensuring all rotas are completed. You will be ensuring that everything is running smoothly in the background, enabling the residents to receive best in class care and attention in a courteous and friendly environment.

Your role will involve:
* Monitoring sickness and annual leave.
* Recruitment, HR admin and inductions
* Maintenance of accurate HR records, including training and DBS records
* Preparation of Payroll for accountants to process
* Completing staff rotas
* Review of policies and procedures
* Ensuring all utilities, H & S documentation, fire and accident procedures are maintained
* General duties including housekeeping of IT equipment and company vehicles
