£24.53 per hour - Band 8a
Monday - Friday 37.5 hours

As an experienced Head of Patient Safety, you will be leading Patient Safety Managers and working alongside the SI Lead Investigators to ensure they meet the National Framework guidelines.

You will act as the lead on Risk Registers for Board and Committees and will be attending the Risk Management Committee taking a joint lead on risk assessment processes.

Experienced in Root cause analysis, both use of and training on, you will be leading on Duty of candour and extracting learning from incident themes and Sis.

Plum Personnel Ltd will pay the upfront associated costs for your Occupational Screening and the Mandatory Training (essential) - this will be at a reduced fee of £30 which will be deducted from your pay over the first 3-weeks or on completion of your assignment (whichever comes first).
