GRAPHIC DESIGNER
NHS - TEMPORARY CONTRACT - BAND 5
to £14.50 PER HOUR / £28,000 PER YEAR EQUIVALENT
MINIMUM 12 WEEK CONTRACT

BIRMINGHAM CITY (but may need to travel to other departments within the Trust)

We're seeking an experienced Graphic Designer for the NHS to assist with the development of marketing and educational literature both electronic and hard copy, which will include posters, leaflets, brochures, newsletters etc
(a minimum of 12-weeks).

The role will involve:
*Providing details and cost-effective quotes to internal clients
*Interpret the client's brief and produce appropriate designs to meet the NHS standards and guidelines
*Scanning and printing high quality digital reproductions from a variety of sources i.e. books Xrays, slides and maps

We are seeking someone who:
*Can manage their own demanding workload and meet deadlines
*Communicate any design issues
*Experience in using a variety of software packages
*Awareness of colour management and pre-press printing requirements
*Work with an awareness of Data Protection and patient confidentiality
You will be working with Departmental managers, Photographers, Finance Accountants, Communications team and various Clinical staff
