We're seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator for our client, a successful, established and growing company based in spacious, well-located and modern offices in Solihull.

You will be joining a fast paced team, supporting and assisting the paraplanning department with their day to day administration.

On a day-to-day basis your duties will include -

- Gathering personal data and presenting the core findings in a word or excel format
- Preparing client files ahead of meetings
- Fee reporting
- Answering and dealing with client inquires
- Investment fund performance analysis

Your roles to date will show your relevant and recent experience as well as you being able to take responsibility, able to interact positively with staff at all levels and have good communication skills.

No doubt you will be someone who takes great pride in your attention to detail as well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
