Working in glorious surroundings close to the University of Birmingham we are seeking a strong financial administrator with an eye for detail and previous experience working as a finance assistant.

You will be based in offices within a relaxed but fast moving environment working in a friendly team and hard-working finance team with responsibilities to include:-

*Processing financial transactions
*Sales ledger - raising sales invoices and reviewing aged debtors
*Bank reconciliations

With a minimum of GCSE Maths and English working as the finance assistant you will provide general support to the department and where needed provide cover for Purchase Ledger and Payroll duties.

So we're seeking someone who -

-has excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication skills
-enjoys taking responsibility for their own workload
-is organised, with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise

Your experience will have been gained from working within an accounts environment and using Accounts Software such as Sage.
