West Bromwich - B71 4HJ - with potential to also work at City Hospital B18 7QH as and when required

£14.54 per hour - BAND 5

Temporary for 12 weeks initially

My client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to start immediately, we are seeking someone who can demonstrate their forward thinking skills to assist the leaders of the business with their commitments and arrangements. This role is working within a fast paced busy environment and would suit an Executive Assistant at board level.

As Executive Assistant you will be:

*Able to demonstrably provide evidence of integrating into new organisations (systems/styles) quickly
*Showing your ability to provide evidence of forward planning, working days/weeks ahead regarding the leaders arrangements
*Carrying out daily diary management duties
*Taking minutes of meetings at board and committee level
*Managing various email in-boxes of leaders in their absence

You will:

*Have previous Executive Assistant experience at board level
*Be available immediately and able to commit to a 12 weeks temporary assignment
