Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our worldwide leading Client. You will have a wealth and breadth of skills and experience within this field, the aim of your role is to keep the Executives moving, by providing an efficient, daily support to a group of 3, thriving in a busy, challenging role your duties will entail:

*Inbox management - highlighting urgent items for actioning
*Diary management - co-ordinating meetings and availability for all parties, arranging food and refreshments
*Taking minutes of meetings - as a part of your role, you will be required to attend a weekly meeting at 07.30am.
*Conducting new starter inductions
*Arranging complex travel arrangements from start to finish with completed itineraries
*Collation and presentation of legal documents ready for signing
*Arranging transport and group co-ordination
*Processing expenses, bookings taxi's and group co-ordination
*Liaising with the Landlord re renewal of contracts
*Electronic filing and carrying out a variety of administration tasks

You will:

*Be an experienced Executive Assistant/PA/Office Manager used to working within a fast paced, in-depth support role
*Understand and maintain confidentiality and be competent at following set policies and procedures
*Flexible to come in early, work late as and when required
*Be confident in your approach managing unexpected situations, tasks and duties
*Be calm under pressure, great at multitasking and meeting deadlines
