Plum Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant on a temporary basis for a minimum of 8 weeks. Ideal start date 27th November

As the Executive Assistant you will:

+ Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) resolving day-to-day problems independently.
+ Make informed decisions and act on own initiative within area of responsibility, ensuring that agreed standards and targets are met in accordance with Departmental, Trust and National standards, policies and procedures.
+ Act as a source of advice and guidance, and point of contact for enquiries for the CEO.
+ Appropriately manage confidential, complex and sensitive information concerning staff and the Trust as a whole, exercising discretion and upholding high professional and ethical standards at all times.
+ Be a key member of the Chief Executive Office Team and will undertake corporate roles and responsibilities in accordance with the grade and nature of the post. These will include specific project work, full meeting facilitation, taking appropriate follow-up action as required, organisation/managing conferences and trust-wide events and line management of staff.
+ Operate under the guidance of the Head of Corporate Affairs, take a lead supporting role in managing all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the Chief Executive's office; to ensure the Chief Executive's office is professionally managed.

3 years worth of referencing must be obtained to be considered for this role.
