Immediate start
Salary: £16,000
Location: Birmingham Business Park
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Free Parking on site

This Customer Support role is a busy and rewarding position, working within a motivated and enthusiastic team. You will be communicating with customers ensuring that they are receiving the best possible service and that they have all the information required to fulfil their potential, whilst working for an award winning and developing organisation.

The Customer Support role involves:

* Processing Orders
* Distributing important materials for the customer to use
* Providing excellent Customer Service on a wide range of services

We need someone with;

* A driving licence and access to a vehicle on a daily basis
* Excellent communication skills
* Has the confidence and a passion for delivering the best customer service possible?

You will receive full training on the products and will be keen to use your existing customer service experience and be confident in your ability to build rapport with people and have an excellent telephone manner.
