Customer Services Advisor (Maternity cover-12 month FTC)

Solihull-near to Bickenhill

£17500-18000 - Full time (35 hours)

The customer services advisor is based within a busy, fast paced department where you will be drawing on your excellent customer service and eye for detail and you will be expected to -

* Be the first point of contact for member enquiries
* Provide support and guidance to the members
* Take ownership and resolve queries
* Update all member correspondence records accordingly

As a professional customer services advisor you will be a natural communicator, able to think on your feet to handle frontline enquiries, have excellent computer skills and bags of initiative.

A customer services "contact centre" background and strong IT skills would be advantageous. You will naturally possess a high standard of English language and be comfortable working in a small, busy team acting as the first point of contact into the organisation.
