Customer Service Assistant - Nuneaton

£20,000 to 25,000 + free parking and company benefits

Monday to Friday - 9.00-17.00

* Proven experience in a similar telephone based customer service role?
* Excellent communications skills?
* Able to process orders and data accurately?

An opportunity to join a small, busy team within the UK operation of this global, privately run business. They are well established and offer specific products and services to consumers within the UK.

You will have experience of working in a customer focused or sales processing based role as you will be handling volume enquiries received by various methods of communication.

The duties will involve:-
*Being 1st point of contact to customers
*Handling enquiries from consumers
*Processing product sales orders and raising delivery notes

You will:-
*Be a natural communicator
*Confident to handle incoming enquiries and resolve issues
*Able to multi-task within a fast paced environment
*Set a high standard of work and accuracy
*Have inherent organisational skills

(Car owner preferable as not centrally based.)
