Our client is a global leader and we're delighted to be supporting the recruitment for a Customer Service Representatives to provide world class customer service to their clients.

It is a varied and interesting role and on a daily basis you will be in receipt of orders where accuracy and high attention to detail is critical.

You will follow the order processing system right through to delivery… As well as processing orders you will be organising couriers, resolving customer queries and investigating any complaints. You will also be looking into any discrepancies and liaising with internal and field based staff. It will also involve producing all the relevant paperwork including packing notes, invoices and credit notes. The system used is SAP, therefore knowledge of this would be useful but not essential.

We need someone who takes great pride in their work...who has excellent attention to detail and fabulous Customer Service skills...
