We're seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a small professional and friendly team who process orders and provide outstanding customer services to existing and new clients.

You'll be dealing with clients, building relationships and ensuring orders are processed in a timely manner using the in-house CRM system for our highly respected and established client.It's a fabulous opportunity to join a well respected global company

You day-to-day role as a professional Customer Services Representative will include -

* Taking inbound and making outbound calls
* Dealing with any queries that may arise
* Processing the orders from start to finish
* Managing your own workloadto meet deadlines
* Recommending products to customers in a confident and professional manner
* Giving customers details on features and benefits of products

You will:-
be a consummate customer service expert, with the experience to enable you to absorb the role with ease. Product training will be given and also on JD Edwards systems-but previous knowledge of this is very useful.
