Our client is a global market leader seeking a Customer Service Champion. You will be the "voice of the customer" responsible for leading Continuous Improvement as well as leading and developing a brand new team in the delivery of world class Customer Service.

You will be driving initiatives that benefit the customer and the business and working as part of an international shared service centre.

Your team will be involved in the order management process and timely delivery of products to a broad range of clients within UK, Eire and the Middle East.

You will be able to demonstrate your experience as…

*A dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to take Customer Service to the next level.
*Experienced in working in a multi-national organisation and ideally within a shared service environment.
*An engaging leader who is passionate not only in the delivery of the best possible Customer Service but also the performance and development of the team and making them the best they can be.
