We're seeking a talented individual who can 'hit the ground running' within a Customer Service based role. You'll be looking to work in a great location in modern and spacious offices in a call centre environment which has a 'grown up' feel and does not rely on micro-management!

In a nutshell your role will be the first point of contact for business customers who are seeking your assistance to arrange for engineers to deal with maintenance and repair call outs.

You will be delivering a first class service to customers with support or consumable requests, achieving or exceeding SLA targets.

You'll have real 'telephone personality' and engage with customers to provide and process in response to not only their enquiries - but also respond and deal with concerns and request about products and service.

You'll be the central pin to a smooth and responsive service ... from despatching Engineers to ensuring your customers are kept fully informed of fault resolution progress.
