Due to a lift in the call volume we're seeking a team of 5 experienced Customer Service Advisors to take inbound calls, answer queries and transfer calls to the relevant departments.

You'll be a confident customer service professional with a CV showing your experience of working in a telephone based role answering a high volume of inbound telephone calls from customers of the Bank.

The role will initially be based at home (all equipment will be provided) and when Covid-19 restriction are lifted you will be working in modern and bright offices with a friendly team.

The shift patterns will be on a flexible basis - and rotate every 3 weeks

Monday - Friday

0900 - 1700 hours
1000 - 1800 hours
1100 - 1900 hours

One in 3 Saturdays
0900 - 1300 hours

The assignment will be for 3-months and on a 'rolling' monthly basis. Interview questions will be around how you perform -

- with set SLA's
- in a fast-paced environment
- used to problem solving

As part of the recruitment process you will undertake a Credit Check and an application for a DBS (no charges will be made); you will also need to provide details of who we can obtain up-to-date employment references from.
