Plum Personnel are currently recruiting for a Part Time Customer Service Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis. The role requires cover over 3 days (the client is flexible as to which days these may be) and the hours of work at 11am to 7pm.

You will be:

+ Conducting service calls to customers asking them to complete a short telephone survey
+ Managing the outlook inbox and taking appropriate action on items
+ Self-motivated and take accountability for own workloads with minimal supervision when required and drive own personal development through channels provided
