FINANCIAL SERVICES - BANKING

BIRMINGHAM CITY CENTRE

£18,000 + Fabulous benefits including 30 days holiday, excellent pension, life cover and shares

Hours of work 8.30 - 4.30 or 9.00 - 5.00 Monday - Friday

This is a fabulous opportunity for someone seeking a career in Banking within an excellent organisation...We need someone with exceptional Customer Service skills who will put the customer at the forefront of everything they do. There is a lot to learn,as you will be trained on all aspects of Banking. The role is approximately 50% telephone based work and 50% processing, so you'll need to be strong in both areas.

You'll be working in modern well-located offices in a lively and bright environment.

Whilst previous experience of working within Financial Services or Banking is an advantage it's not essential. What's more important is your attitude and drive towards providing exceptional Customer Service.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a team environment and thrives on being busy and having a varied role. As well as this you will need strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
