This is a fabulous opportunity to join an exceptional new team, within a global Shared Service Centre. You will be delivering a world class customer service to internal and external clients across the globe.

On a day to day basis you will be:

*Placing orders for clients in UK, Europe and the Middle East
*Reviewing, monitoring and tracking orders through to delivery
*Handling enquiries and providing accurate quotations
*Building strong working relationships with a broad range of clients

We are seeking outstanding candidates who can demonstrate:

*A genuine over riding passion for Customer Service
*First class communication skills both verbally and written
*A proactive team player who can multi task and take ownership for seeing things through to completion

We are looking for exceptional people to join a world class team…people who will deliver the WOW factor in Customer service….you will also have the desire to learn about an interesting product in detail as well as understanding the importance of getting things right first time!
