Do you have an impressive track record of working in a busy, varied and demanding customer service role?
Are you proactive, a problem solver, able to deal with and resolve customer issues?

You will be a member of a hand-picked team of customer service professionals working in a new shared-services centre in the centre of Birmingham.

Working in terrific office surroundings this role is only suited to those who are driven by a customer centric proposition and able to deal with a range of different tasks.

No doubt you will be able to show not only your first class communication skills (written and spoken) you will also be able to prioritise tasks as well as pro-actively manage and resolve customer enquiries working to quality standards and timescales.

Your role will involve building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external customers - going beyond and above.

You will be dealing with customers from the UK and internationally and will be expected to not only understand customer needs but also expertly talk about the company products as well as seek out opportunities to educate customers on other products they may not be aware of.

You'll be the 'go to' person and demonstrate your attention to details to ensure all orders and significant events are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

There's so much more to this role ... and only those with outstanding customer service experience in a telephone based roles will be considered.

If you have worked on the JD Edwards or similar CRM this will be a distinct advantage.

No doubt your CV will show significant, recent and relevant experience of delivering customer service to the highest standards.
