37.5 hours per week on shift patterns which will be across the following hours
0700 - 1800 hours Monday - Friday
flexibility for Bank Holidays and Christmas period

We're seeking talented individuals with a "can do" attitude for a Customer Services role. You'll be working in modern well-located offices in a lively and bright environment.

Whether you're seeking a change of direction or to take the next step in your career - this role could be for you.

Previous experience of working in a telephone based customer service role is essential and would ideally suit you if you're seeking to move from working in hospitality, leisure or retail.

What's more important is your attitude - you will be enthusiastic, personable, hard-working and confident with great customer service skills ... and eager to find a role where there's a bright future.

On a day to day basis you will be the point of contact for customers so you will have great communication skills and a natural aptitude to build rapport with people as well as excellent organisational skills to deal with the associated administration duties.
You'll have that can do attitude and be up-beat.
