37.5 HOURS Mon to Friday (some flexibility on occasions to meet business needs)

The customer service advisor role will be busy and rewarding and you will be involved in: -

*Processing and organising sales orders from clients and European distributors
*Handling escalated, in depth calls and ensuring resolution
* Daily liaison with internal colleagues to respond to queries and confirm lead times for orders

The customer service advisor role will call on your ability to provide resolutions and excellent customer service to clients within EMA (Europe, Middle East and Asia). So if you are commercially savvy and can hit the ground running with an interest in mechanics/engineering then I want to hear from you. A foreign language possibly French, German or Arabic would be very useful, as would knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
