We're seeking well-spoken Customer service professionals to work in well-located offices in Edgbaston.

*** This role is for one month, with potential to be extended for several months ***

Following the launch of a new product, my Client is experiencing a high volume of customer enquiries, you will be answering incoming calls regarding online customer accounts, following up on online queries and responding to account issues.
Working within set SLA's you will be used to working with a fast paced environment, possess excellent telephone skills and be pc literate.

As part of the recruitment process you may be requested to undertake a Credit Check and apply for a DBS (no charge will be made).

Your CV will clearly show a solid work history and evidence of working with a customer service environment, ideally telephone based, used to problem solving, you will be a confident communicator and able to hit the floor running.

*** Please note there may be initial training at the Edgbaston office ***
