Do you have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines?

You will be supporting the friendly team leader in all activities regarding the growth and retention of potential and existing clients. This position would play a pivotal role in delivering efficient administration to the organisation's clients.
No doubt you have worked in a similar role previously and are able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities such as -

*Ability to plan daily work effectively and highlight any improvements
*Excellent and confident telephone manner and ability to communicate with people at all levels
*Confident and competent at completing complex administrative tasks
On a daily basis you will be working in a busy, varied and fast paced role and include duties including -

*Responding quickly and efficiently to enquiries from prospective and current clients by phone, email or in writing and ensuring these are followed up within the required timeframe.
*Helping with the creation and update of client materials such as welcome packs, brochures and mailings
*Maintaining and updating all records and the database
*Assisting clients with all queries and enquiries
*Production of reports showing clients, leavers and lapses
