Paying £8.97 per hour

Solihull - Free car parking

Monday - Friday 08.30 - 4.30pm for the first three weeks, then various shifts between 7am - 6pm

Do you have excellent Customer Service and Administration skills and experience?
Do you have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to liaise at all levels?
Are you available to start work Tuesday 9th July and able to commit to a 3-month booking?

Working within a fun, friendly and dynamic environment you will be:

*Taking and processing customer orders
*Dealing with customer queries
*Working from excel spreadsheets to create reports
*Contacting customers regarding their orders and updating them regarding delivering dates
*Using CRM system to update customer files
*Carrying out general administration duties

You will:

*Possess excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident phone manner
*Possess competent keyboard skills with excellent accuracy
*Be competent on Excel
*Have strong administration and customer service skills
