We're seeking an experienced and seasoned customer services professional to join a global organisation in one of their satellite offices to join the team of 8 in the Customer Service Centre.

On a day-to-day basis you'll be providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the company's processes, procedures and service all run smoothly.

You'll be scheduling appointments for field based managers and ensuring you deliver to the highest customer service and administration standards.

You'll love building relationships with others and pride yourself on your problem solving skills, your analytical way of thinking and your ability to prioritise work.

You will have 3 key areas of responsibility

- providing a strong customer and administrative support
- contributing to ensuring all processes and procedures are to high standards
- helping to improve the customer experience
