The customer support co-ordinator is based within a busy, fast paced department where you will be drawing on your excellent customer service and eye for detail and you will be expected to -

*Handle and register new membership applications
*Provide support and guidance to customers
*Advise members on the full range of services available
*Deal with customer queries and complaints

As a seasoned customer support co-ordinator you will be a natural communicator, able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines, have excellent computer skills and bags of initiative. The role may require occasional travel within the UK.

A customer support background and strong IT skills would be advantageous. Ideally you will be educated up to A' Level standard or similar and an NVQ in Customer Service is desirable.
