Our client is an established business who specialise in Credit Reporting and Debt Recovery. The ideal candidate, you will enjoy taking responsibility for a varied and interesting role where you will handle and respond to commercial credit and debt enquiries. A fast learner with the patience to absorb detailed information during a dedicated training schedule. You will be an expert in both written and verbal communication skills, providing an excellent service to external members who pay to use their services.

As a Customer Service Representative/ Credit and Risk Advisor you will be:

* Receiving calls from members and providing accurate information
* Investigating and making enquiries to enable clients to make informed credit decisions
* Reviewing credit reports and court proceedings and highlighting any unusual trading actions
