FTC (Fixed term contract) with the client for 3 months with a view to going permanent after the completion of a successful probation period

Hours of work 8.30 - 4.30 or 9.00 - 5.00 Monday - Friday

We're seeking a really customer driven individual who strives to be the best and do their absolute best for each client….The role is approximately 50% telephone based work and 50% processing/administration, so you'll need to be strong in both areas.

You'll be working in modern well-located offices in a lively and bright environment.

Whilst previous experience of working within Financial Services or Banking is an advantage it's not essential. What's more important is your attitude and drive towards providing exceptional Customer Service.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a team environment and prides themselves on their positive can do attitude
